Return Policy

 

10 Day Ride Happy Guarantee: We know you’ll love your MŌNŌ Wakesurf board but on the odd chance you don’t, box it in the same box we used and ship it back and tell us which board you want in replacement. We will pull it from the rack and send it out to you. No questions asked. The board must be in excellent shape so we can resell it.  So if you have a ding in it and you have damaged it in any way, please call us before you send it back. We want you to have the board of your dreams but we also don’t want to crush those dreams because your board isn’t resellable. So if you have questions, hit us up. Additionally you may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please contact: support@monowakesurf.com and a return label will be sent to you via email.  Print it out and affix it to the box.  Please note: if this label is used, shipping charges will be deducted from your return credit.  You will be notified of the charge amount when we send the return label to you.

To request an exchange, please support@monowakesurf.com.  Tell us the original order number, and the desired item you would like to exchange it with. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs.  You will be charged for this order.  Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.

Return Instructions

If you need to return an item, please contact us first providing order #, and explain the reason for your return.  We will issue you an RA# to use.

Package the return shipment securely.  Use the original packaging when possible.  Affix the shipping label that was emailed to you.  Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes.  If you choose not to use our return shipping label, please include your original order number and delivery on the outside of the box and address to: MŌNŌ Wakesurf Technology, 532 N. Geneva Rd, Lindon, UT 84042

Contact the shipping carrier to arrange collection or drop off the package at a carrier store of your choice.
